ROLLOMASTER 300-600
ROLLOMASTER is a modular built precision seedbed cultivator available as a mounted or trailed version. Desinged to work directly onto ploughed or pre cultivated land the ROLLOMASTER is an ideal machine to create a seedbed in a single pass.
Based on the proven success of the ROLLOMAXIMUM the ROLLOMASTER is a slighlty lighter machine aimed at the smaller horse powered tractors.

Concept
The modular design of the ROLLOMASTER precision seedbed cultivator means that the main chassis has 5 working elements that can be mounted to it.

Standard equipment
ROLLOMASTER standard equipment
- 1. At the front is a cracker board that levels and breaks up the largest clods. On 300, you can choose a tine retainer instead of a cracker board.
- 2. Then a Cross Combi roller or cage roller. On the 450 and 600, a Crosskill roller section can be selected instead.
- 3. In the middle we have a 4 row tine section with either 80 or
100 mm spacing. - 4. Then a single-row harrow or a rear levelling board.
- 5. Finally a finishing Crosskill or flat steel crumbler roller.

Crackerboard
The hydraulically adjustable cracker board is fitted with a series of individually working tines that have an angled wearing point mounted.
This is ideal for crushing clods and levelling the soil making it easier for the front roller to work as effectively as possible.

Cross Combi roller
Cross Combi roller is an aggressive roller that when used in conjunction with a front mounted cracker board, is an ideal combination to prepare a seedbed on all soil types.

Cage roller
Cage roller is best used in combination with a front mounted cracker board to prepare a seedbed on lighter to medium soil types.

4 row tine section
The 4 rows of straight harrow tines can be supplied with a spacing of 8 or 10cm depending on your soil type.
The generous clearance between the rows of tines allows a good and even flow of soil and any surface material through each section. The hydraulic control of the tine section ensures an even and consistent seedbed.

Rear harrow
The single row of 12mm harrow tines is mounted between the last row of the harrow section but in front of the finishing roller.
The idea of the harrow tines is to level the soil before the rear roller. Ideal for use in lighter soil conditions.

Rear levelling board
The spring suspended levelling board is mounted behind the last row of tines and will crush clods and level the soil.
Ideal for use in all soil conditions.

Crosskill roller
The rear mounted Crosskill roller is designed to work in all soil types and will ensure a precise, even and constant working depth together with the front roller section.
The Crosskill roller will leave a loose upper layer of soil which is firm just below the surface, thus leaving an optimal seedbed.

Flat steel crumbler
The rear mounted flat steel crumbler roller is ideal for use in lighter soils.
In conjunction with the front mounted roller the flat steel crumbler will ensure a precise, even and consistent depth that creates an ideal seedbed.
