SUPERMAX is a one pass cultivator designed to eliminate compaction - the ideal solution for intensive tillage without ploughing.
The SUPERMAX one pass cultivator is designed to eliminate compaction and cultivate via the 1 row of heavy duty subsoiler legs, followed by 2 rows of spring mounted 520 mm diameter discs and consolidate by using a 600 mm bogie T-ring packer or a 650 mm single HD packer. SUPERMAX is the ideal solution for intensive tillage without ploughing.
SUPERMAX is a ”one pass” solution, giving you a saving on time and diesel.
The working depth of the SUPERMAX is hydraulically controlled from the driver´s seat. Two hydraulic rams simply adjust the depth, from the rear packer. Which ensures an even finish.
As standard the SUPERMAX is fitted with an outher disc to avoid ridging.

The angled 520 mm scalloped discs have a superb mixing effect – also in difficult conditions.
Each disc, suspended by 4 rubber supports, ensures a prompt and exact break-back from stones and other obstacles.
SUPERMAX can be fitted with either a T-ring packer or a HD sigle packer.
A 600 mm bogie T-ring packer is ideal for crushing clods and packing the soil. The rings are self-cleaning, which means that the SUPERMAX also manages the work in difficult and sticky soil conditions.
As an alternative to the T-ring roller, the SUPERMAX can be fitted with a closed 650 mm single HD packer with scrapers. This is especially suitable for heavy and clay soils.
The working depth of the tines is adjusted via pin holes in the subsoiler leg. Hence, it is possible to work from 70 – 400 mm deep. Each tine has a shear bolt stone protection.
The tines are protected by a Non-Stop-Hydraulic system (NSH) by shear bolts. It is possible to adjust the pressure of the NSH-system according to soil conditions enabling the tines to break away up to 90 °.
Low disturbance leg
By replacing the "normal legs" with low disturbance legs, gentle tillage is achieved - the soil is lifted without being disturbed.
