CULTIMAX is a heavy-duty 7-row seedbed cultivator with high working capacity. It is an ideal cultivator for seedbed preparation on ploughed soil.

both medium and large-sized farms
The hydraulically adjustable cracker board crushes clods as well as producing a level finish of the soil.
This, combined with a tine spacing of 80 mm and a row spacing of at least 310 mm, ensure optimal cultivating and leveling, as well as an excellent flow of soil and plant residues through the cultivator.
A precise and constant working depth is achieved by using special c clip spaces on the hydraulic rams for the wheel suspension.
Together with DALBO’s hydraulic weight distribution via DUOFLEX, which ensures an evenly distributed ground pressure over the entire working width, CULTIMAX is a very efficient and versatile seedbed cultivator that can be adapted to individual needs of the customer.

Product's features
CULTIMAX is equipped with a hydraulically adjustable cracker board.
The board consists of sturdy 80 mm sprung loaded cracker board tines and is fitted with 200 x 12 mm angled wearing point. This makes it ideal for crushing clods and levelling the soil, thereby leaving the soil loose and even.
In order to achieve optimal working conditions for, and thereby the effect of, the cracker board, we recommend a working speed of 8-12 kph.
The harrow section on the CULTIMAX consists of 7 rows fitted with heavy-duty S-spring tines as standard.
Tine spacing is 80 mm evenly distributed over the working width and spacing between the rows is at least 310 mm.
This ensures optimal cultivating and mixing of soil, as well as providing an easy passage for soil and plant residues through the cultivator.
For optimal use and results on lighter soil types, we have developed a CULTIMAX light soil variant, which is available in 2 working widths, a 650 and an 800 version.
The light soil model consists of a T-ring packer at the front and a Crosskill packer or cage roller at the rear, which bears 100% of the machine’s weight.
This results in a precise adjustment of depth and compression of the soil. The 4 bogie wheels have been replaced with 4 large wheels in order to make the machine easier to handle and turn at the headland on light soil.
